Value Study
This project was for the first semester. In this project we had to start of by making lines with pencil. Later on I started to go over the lines with a black marker. After I finished this, I had to draw some of the shapes completely black. Finally I had to start filling in all the shapes with different, patterns, designs, or shading techniques. I really liked my finished drawing because it was really well done.
Face Drawing
This drawing was very difficult to do. Because the face needs many details such as the shading it took longer to do this. Some parts were easier, others weren't that easy. I think I really did well on this drawing even though the back ground is not painted. So in conclusion this drawing was challenging, but I was happy with the results.
Life Map
This project was certainly a fun one. Not only could i put symbolism into a drawing but it was an island that meant something to me. Each geographical location on this map means something to me. From an airport symbolizing my sister that travels, to a beach which represents my love for drums. So this Life Map was actually very enjoying.
